At the Annual General Meeting of Chanctonbury Community Land Trust Ltd (CCLT), the Chairman presented her Annual Report, providing members with an overview of the Trust’s activities and progress during the year.
The Treasurer presented the Annual Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority registration of CCLT.
Members present also discussed activities and developments since the end of the financial year, with particular focus on the proposed redevelopment of Thakeham Mushroom Farm and the potential opportunities this may present for CCLT and the local community.
The meeting further considered ways to raise the profile of CCLT and encourage more local residents to become shareholding members, helping to strengthen the Trust’s community representation and support its future objectives.
